Aleksander Minorski. Photography is an intervention
Curatorial tour by Karolina Puchała-Rojek of the exhibition “Aleksander Minorski. Photography is an intervention”. The exhibition introduces the figure of Aleksander Minorski (1906 – 1982) – a photographer, filmmaker, and writer for whom photography was a tool for social engagement. The works presented in the exhibition document the daily life of pre-war, working-class Warsaw and the city’s transformation in the 1960s and 1970s. The curator will outline the context of Minorski’s work and talk about the process of creating the exhibition.
