Old Town in Warsaw / El Casco Antiguo de Varsovia

[PL]: A walk around the Old Town in Spanish, dedicated to its history, war damage, and reconstruction. During the walk, participants will learn the fate of the Old Town – from its glory days, through war destruction, to post-war reconstruction. We will talk about institutions, people, and decisions that influenced the current shape of the city, and about the role of the Heritage Interpretation Center. [ESP]: Un recorrido a pie por el Casco Antiguo en español, centrándose en su historia, daños de guerra y reconstrucción. Durante el paseo, los participantes aprenderán sobre la historia del Casco Antiguo de Varsovia,desde sus días de gloria, pasando por la destrucción de la guerra, hasta la reconstrucción de la posguerra.Hablaremos de las instituciones, personas y decisiones que influyeron en la forma actual de la ciudad, y del papel del Centro de Interpretación del Monumento.
