Tour of the Heritage Interpretation Centre
The Heritage Interpretation Centre is a unique place that introduces the history of the reconstruction of Warsaw’s Old Town after World War II—one of the largest urban reconstructions of the 20th century. During the guided tour, participants will see original archival photos, documents, scale models, and learn the behind-the-scenes of the process that led to the inscription of the Old Town on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

| Accessibility | Visitors with visual impairment can make use of tactile graphics and audio materials. Visitors with hearing impairment have access to an induction loop at the ticket desk. For visitors with mobility impairments, the Museum is equipped with wheelchair-access platforms: a vertical platform (capacity 385 kg, dimensions 134 × 109 cm) and a stairlift platform (capacity 225 kg, dimensions 100 × 77 cm). Accessible toilets are located on level -1. Please note that the streets surrounding the Museum—Celna and Brzozowa Streets—feature sloping cobblestone surfaces. The entrance to the building is at ground level. Museum staff can provide a wheelchair if needed. A small ramp also makes the lecture hall accessible to wheelchair users. |
